In lieu of my recent re-dedication to all things schoolboy and preppy, I decided to go overboard with it yesterday. :-) I saw a picture on Ralph Lauren's Rugby website and decided I'd recreate the look --for less of course. And I did!
And it all came up to a whopping $35. Sorry Rugby, I don't have $500 to spend on one outfit..I bought the jeans and shoes, borrowed a tie and shirt and grabbed an old cardigan. It was perfect.
I'm sure a few people thought I'd lost it just a tad bit yesterday, but hey I always do my own thing when it comes to style. I'm a firm believer in PERSONAL style.
You'll be seeing a lo of prep and menswear inspired looks this fall. It's what I'm going for. Oh, and cute dresses. Polar opposites, I know.
