What I Wore: Pointless Satisfaction

Well, if you haven't noticed I'm kind of a style psycho. Back when I was in DC, dressing up seemed like a total waste of time to me. I didn't really feel like wearing heels or doing much makeup just to trudge around the city  and ride on subways. Now, that I'm back in FUN ol' Gadsden (ultimate sarcasm) I seem to dress up like I'm headed somewhere special everyday. In fact, I am not. 

This outfit is an excellent example of my style disorder. A HS friend of mien was graduating from Nursing School less than a mile away from my house and I decided, Why not wear something fun. So, I threw on these grey shorts and a cute lace top. That would have been enough, I know. But this jacket was calling to me. So, I put it on. Topped it off with way too many accessories for the occassion and VIOLA, I was overdressed for a graduation! Take note, if you want to learn this valuable skill. :-)
